After a fierce ten-and-a-half year battle with brain cancer, Kent William Pankow passed away at his home in Edmonton on Monday, July 12, 2010 with his wife, Deb Hurford, at his side.This remarkable man touched so many people in his short lifetime... He challenged us to recognize that life is a beautiful journey because of all the obstacles, and he helped us realize that there are quiet heroes walking beside us all.
